Do you love Potatoes?

Potatoes are so hearty, and they often really make a meal!  It is really too bad then, that white potatoes are not such a great idea when you are trying to lose weight.  They are OK just by themselves, roasted, but they are often eaten with other things.  I like to eat them as a snack, roasted, and with no other topping than a few crushed herbs and a little lemon.

But with a hamburger, and some sweet sauces, you are going to kill any bit of simple carbohydrate in that white potato.  So, what can you do?  The answer is eat some sweet potatoes!  They are great, and can cook in the oven, and be roasted, and then mashed with cream and butter, and you are going to be just fine.

Take your cinnamon, and you have a really sweet and awesome side dish.  The king of veggies, the sweet potato is great for your liver function, and will actually boost your fat burning effect.
